Our Assessments
Our assessments follow both the national standards and the standards for your state. An initial assessment is given to students upon registration to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Our nationally recognized and progressive assessments allow us to determine the academic level of the students in the assessed subject. Assessments of this caliber are highly beneficial in preparing the student for state and standardized exams. Based on the assessment results, an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is created that will address each student’s weak points and encompass new materials that will take students to their next level.
Our Content
The teaching contents used by our tutors are pre-created to maximize the time spent with the student. We have put a lot of time and research into creating effective and engaging teaching materials. Our lesson plans are pre-planned according to the student’s ILP and the contents covered with the students are relevant and effective in addressing the weak areas of the student. We also reinforce what is taught by assigning the student homework, quizzes, and exams that will help them move forward to the next level.
Our Tutors
The student is guaranteed to have the same tutor for every scheduled session. We do not switch tutors because we believe that having the same tutor will create a comfortable and familiar environment for the student to ask questions and make progress quicker. Having the same tutor will enable us to track the progress of the student more effective and will ensure that we use the appropriate teaching methods that works specifically for the student.

Our Academic Directors
Our experienced, professional, and certified Academic Directors analyze the initial student assessment and creates a personalized ILP for each student. An Academic Director is assigned to each student to monitor their progress and continually updates the ILP according to their progress and needs. The Academic Director works with the tutors to ensure the ILP is followed and that the student is making progress to the next grade level.

Our Classroom Experience
We use a combination of different technologies to make the virtual classroom experience effective and to simulate a real classroom environment. The voice over the internet allows the student and the tutor to talk to each other, just like a phone conversation using a headset. The two-way whiteboard allows the student and tutor to work on problems together. The instant messaging is another communication method which completes the true classroom experience.
Our Motivational Program
Whether the student is in a classroom at school or on their home computer, if they are not motivated to learn, they will not be engaged in what is being taught to them. We have created the Motivational Program as an additional tool to ensure that students remain attentive throughout the entire tutoring session. The tutors give students points for doing well in class and other assignments. The students can redeem these points for rewards such as gift cards, stickers, writing materials, etc. This helps to ensure that they stay focused and engaged in the classroom.
